Yellow’s not boring, and neither am I. Stay tuned for some exciting fitness fun and an eclectic assortment of fabulous stuff that I just need to share! I’ve spent over 30 years in group exercise, instructing and managing a multitude of fitness classes worldwide in multisite commercial gyms, non-profit family fitness facilities, 5-star platinum country clubs, and on global virtual platforms. I’ve studied and certified with master instructors in a myriad of disciplines from the 1990’s until today. I have a BA from Tufts University and a MS in Forensjc Psychology from Nova Southeastern University.
