It was used, more than half used and had hairs and dirt or dust particles on it. I took pictures and reported it. I spent close to $500 on items and she made it seem as if I’m lying about a $12 item! Please! I’ve been a dedicated buyer on whatnot for about 2 years and usually stick to my usual seller. Then she has the nerve to block me. Why cause you know you were in the wrong. The item had your sticker on it! Guess you don’t care about one customer but you should. It’s so disappointing to see this review. As stated to u previously, that item was not shipped out to u in that condition. I have video evidence of what I packaged for u in new unused condition. If you wanted items for free, then say that instead of leaving a bad review. As a matter of fact, you stated you didn’t receive two additional items, and upon review of my video, I saw where I did fulfill the order correctly. As a courtesy, I STILL refunded you and you still found something to complain about. U are blocked bc I don’t want u shopping with me ever again. If the item was so disgusting, Super fast shipping! I would happily buy from this shop over and over time again. Item is exactly as described. Brand new in box and in perfect condition. Thank you for the samples as well. That was very generous. Package was shipped quickly and packaged with care!
