I received both shipments from this seller, but the cloche I paid for was missing from both boxes. She claimed she moved it from a box containing one item to another box already containing three items because she was concerned about overcrowding the first box. An explanation that simply makes no sense.
Both boxes arrived, neither contained my cloche, and rather than investigating or making any genuine effort to resolve the issue, she denied my refund request and directed me to Whatnot Support.
Tracking confirms delivery of the boxes, not the contents. I was met with excuses, dismissal, and absolutely no accountability.
A seller’s integrity is reflected in how they handle problems, not just sales. Based on this experience, I would strongly refrain from purchasing from this seller.This review is very hurtful, inaccurate, and uncalled for. You reached out this morning stating you received your package and the cloche was not in it. I explained that you had 2 packages and that the cloche was in that box. I explained I repackaged due to concerns that it would be safer in the other box, verses with the metal piece. Then I received two messages simultaneously from you and WN. Yours stating you didn’t get cloche, and WN saying you requested refund. I declined because I know it was in the other box. I am very sorry you feel this way. Good luck on your WN journey. I have only 1.3 k in sales, but have maintained a perfect 5.0 with less than one day shipping turn around. I think that speaks for itself. I am truly sorry you feel that this review was needed.
