Évaluations (363)Absolutely love this room. Jesus through sports cards. We need a little Jesus in everything 🙏🏻🙌🏻 These guys are extremely careless when it comes to packaging. I bought a lot of cards from them, first came an empty bubble mailer related to tracking for 25 cards. Apparently they put all my cards together with a different tracking number that was coming the following day, but did not communicate it. Then when my box came in it was packaged with loose mags that weren't taped or bricked together to keep them from opening in transit damaging a handful of cards. They had nice cards and ran a good show so it's why I gave it 2 stars, but when you don't care enough to make sure the cards are packaged well and arrive undamaged- that matters most. I also buy a lot on here and no one has ever sent me an empty bubble mailer and said it's WhatNots fault for making extra labels. Shipping needs to match orders on the app. Poor overall experience. We feel this review leaves out a big part of the story. We made multiple attempts to work with this buyer and resolve his concerns, but despite asking for photos or any proof of the alleged damage, nothing was provided. We’re always willing to own up to mistakes and make things right, but we also need cooperation from the buyer. As two brothers who have worked hard to build our reputation through 3,500+ sales, we take every order seriously. It’s unfortunate this couldn’t be resolved, but we stand behind our efforts to help. Becoming one of my favs! #TSP! Great cards I’m very happy god bless 🙏 Thank you so much ! Awesome show Great deal right to the personal thank you! Says it came but could not find it anywhere
We’re sorry to hear your PWE giveaway hasn’t arrived. We did everything required on our end to properly package and ship it out. Unfortunately, once USPS has the envelope, delivery is outside of our control. What’s disappointing is that we reached out through DMs to help resolve this, but never received a response. We’re always willing to work with anyone and make things right, but we need that same communication in return. We take pride in our 3,500+ sales and the community we’ve built, and we wish we had been given the chance to resolve this before receiving a 1-star review. 5⭐ All Around Highly Recommended Appreciate Everything 💫 obj should still be with the gmen😢 Never came We’re sorry to hear your PWE hasn’t arrived.
