I don't want to give a bad review this seller is really nice and is new so it happens to the best of us. Unfortunately my books were barely hanging on by the glue strip on the envelope hanging part way out of the package one book fell out completely. I would just recommend packing a little more securely for future reference usps offers free bubble mailers as well as flat rate boxes you can cut up the boxes to use and cardboard protection and then put the books inside the envelope to save a bit on packing hope that helps.
