And I did and that’s where I made my mistake. Hiding a cut up case that was sealed in a bag with a disk in horrid condition. didn’t show me because he had games on top and what seemed like a console and didn’t want to take it out lol but it’s your shop. Could’ve went somewhere else on my end but my little sister was very excited to play and it arrived simultaneously with my other order (Xbox360) which was planned that’s why I was in a rush now I have to go in person to a store and get right lesson learn always ask to see the disks. Packaging was great and with care though which makes me think it could have also been horrid shipping just unfortunate 👍 Thank you so much for the honesty
