I documented multiple accounts bidding up dollar starts, and the same accounts consistently end up with failed payments. Once those accounts stop bidding, higher-value cards are no longer dollar started. Other streamers would have addressed or blocked repeat non-paying bidders. It all just seems too suspicious.
