I can’t recommend this seller enough! They are incredibly communicative, honest, and committed to making things right for their customers. When Whatnot experienced technical issues they reached out immediately to explain the situation and made it right without hesitation. I likely never would have known there was an issue if they hadn’t been so transparent, which speaks volumes about their integrity.
Everything I’ve purchased, along with every giveaway item I’ve received, has been amazing. Their crystals are beautiful, high quality, and clearly handled with care. The fact that they personally mine and polish some of their pieces makes them even more impressive and unique.
The quality of everything I’ve received far exceeds the price paid, and their customer service is second to none. I’m so glad I found this seller and fully plan on being a long-time customer. Adam & Shay My crystals arrived in a bubble mailer. I ordered a pretty big amethyst slice, and it arrived broken in half. I’m absolutely devastated. :( it was the most beautiful piece it would have been the perfect addition to my collection. In the future I believe some bubble wrap would be beneficial, and also a box that will help delicate items not to break in transit. Amazing pieces! Great quality! Insane Prices! Love everything!!!
