I uploaded the tracking you could clearly see the carpet cleaner was in that picture I did say you would have to contact and go through what not cause I have no control over the postage I sent it. You can clearly see in the picture when I scanned it and it shows the carpet cleaner attached and everything you’ve not received it and you leave a review like that anyway you have a very nice day. I tried to help. I tried to look after you. You take care. Really poor packaging.. arrived in a Royal Mail apology bag and was clearly not their fault.. Luckily was all there.. Would have been really annoyed if id have had to pay for it.. Hope the next item that I've payed for is packaged better..Hi I will just stay when our parcels leave. They are all intact. We can’t help they get chucked around et cetera with the couriers.
