I finally got the issue addressed after I went on one of her live sales and pleaded with her to either answer my messages or just cancel the order. I did get the items I ordered in perfect condition. However, shipping and communication are the worst I’ve experienced on whatnot. I would probably not buy anything from the seller again due to shipping and lack of communication. I pitched a lip liner and received the wrong color. Shipping was fast and shipped with care. I received a refund. I messaged the seller about the mistake and she did not respond to my message.
