Apparently there is an allotted amount of days to file for a refund or to submit any sort of claim which is super disappointing, these were my sons school sneakers that hes been waiting for and asking about daily. It was suggested on the order details to wait until 9/22 before contacting seller or whatnot and today is 9/24 and the app is saying im no longer eligible for a refund. nice new pair thanks Fitsla Best deals on the app. Fitsla keep killing it bro! so overall I'm happy for wat i got..
