I do want to say I was very happy with the two pairs of Nike shoes I received they were in great condition.
I placed my order on 1/31 and didn’t receive it until 2/14. For several days, tracking showed a label hadn’t been created. Since this was my first purchase on Whatnot, I didn’t understand the shipping process at first, but I later realized the delay was unusual. Shipping time alone wouldn’t have been an issue.
When my order arrived, a two-piece sweatsuit was missing. I reached out right away but didn’t receive a response. I have now learned how to report it and receive a refund, so it’s resolved. I share this feedback to encourage stronger communication, as it builds trust.I completely understand that things can get busy, and mistakes happen , but communication can really ease concerns in situations like this. Thanks for the great deals!! My son loved his stuff. she said free shipping but it was not Good prices on sneakers and clothing Def not sneaker heads, but they made a solid effort to describe and show the pairs they had for sale. Happy with my purchases one of the laces was damaged and no insoles but cant complain much on price. Didn’t really describe item in stream it came used wasn’t terrible as the other items I got 1 of the few orders that was as described After ordering 10 pairs of shoes only 3 were as described 5 more nothing of a sort heavy stains insoles missing wear on bottoms when described as new I don’t like to bash people but don’t think they are well versed in what’s new what’s worn what has defects a total bust of a buy on my part just gotta stick with the sellers I know complete thumbs down Got my order FAST and it’s exactly as described!
