10/10 experience This product is heavily used, dirty, and of terrible quality. And on top of all these issues, they even sent the wrong size—different from what was shown in the video and what they claimed it was! I’m giving one star because I can’t give any less; otherwise, it would be -5 stars. I’m sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. I’ve already issued a refund to resolve your concerns. Nothing was wet when your order was packed and shipped. I take concerns about condition and sizing seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address them. Loveeee my purchase! super fast shipping !!! 10/10 I love love love my bling hoodie! It’s beautiful and fits perfect! Thanks friend you’re the best!! Much ❤️❤️ to u!! /users%2F23960123%2Fstore%2F25b41bb1-8eb8-4529-9677-17421570174c.jpeg)
