Évaluations (129)This came so fast considering I am in the US and it needed to go through border control. The necklace itself is even more gorgeous in person and I am so excited! The Givenchy necklace was MISSING 3 STONES, which was not disclosed nor shown on the show. Disappointed. At iSpy Luxury, transparency is our standard—we inspect every piece on camera and always disclose any call-outs before auction. We reviewed our timestamped video receipt and archive records from our August 28th show, and this Givenchy necklace had every stone fully intact when presented in the listing photos/ LIVE and packaged. Because this review was posted over 6 weeks after delivery without prior contact, we’re unable to verify post-delivery wear or handling. However, if transit mishandling occurred, please message us directly with photos so we can look into courier handling on your behalf. I love my order!
