The item’s condition, including the missing hands, was called out multiple times during the live before purchase. Per my show notes and Whatnot guidelines, I offered a full refund upon return and asked that you submit the request through Whatnot for approval. You declined to return the item and instead wanted a refund while keeping it. The item was never returned, and no formal request was submitted. I always work to resolve issues fairly, and I offered a reasonable resolution that was declined. My girls loved the items I bought. They fit perfectly!! ❤️ Items as described!
