All of our bridal gowns are brand new, and while we do our best to inspect every gown before it ships, we are always willing to work with our customers if something is overlooked! The dress is beautiful, but it’s more cream/yellow than ivory, I ordered a size 12 and it’s too small. So this brand runs small. I would need a size 16 in this dress. The company is great in communication, my package labels got mixed up and they were very attentive in fixing the problem. Great customer service.
