I made a purchase of Bee Box in good faith from this seller. I read detail area of item in shop with NO mention of damage or call outs. I watched auction, with no mention of call outs or chips. So I made purchase. I received the Bee Box with rough edges on rim of base. But I got really upset with chip in corner of lid.
I notified seller. She advised I could send it back. I asked her for a return label, but she said there was nothing she could do- deal with Whatnot.
I really didn’t want to give her a bad review. I asked about a partial refund- she was not willing to do. I do not try to “ pull one over” or deceive my buyers. And I have done a partial refund.
