I have been a lifelong Barbie lover. I played with Barbies in the late 80s and early 90s. Next, my Barbie collecting started when my Grandma bought me my first collector Barbie - it was the 1994 Dolls of the World German Barbie. Since then, my collection of contemporary boxed dolls has grown and now includes over 260 Barbies (and still growing). Within the past few years, I have started collecting vintage Barbies. My vintage collection exploded very quickly and now I have over 60 vintage Barbies (and friends and family) and many, many outfits. My mom played with Barbies when she was young and still has her 3 original Bubble Cuts and a case full of clothes. We enjoy bonding over Barbie now, and it all started with my Grandma for both of us - LOVE YOU Grandma!
