The cost to rectify this was more than I paid for them and wouldn't be able to cover costs through re selling which in effect makes them redundant.Please watch the video receipt where I clearly state that the £200+ jacket you got for £1 has a broken zip 😊👍 Really happy with the quality of the clothes
