Évaluations (2 068)Fast shipping thank you 😊 Thanks for my milk tint. They are cute and love the colors. 🥰👍🏼♥️ received a burberry goddess that had leaked in the box. at first she said she couldn’t see it.. I showed her the box that it leaked in, a little closer and she saw it. she wouldn’t take responsibility and said it was damaged kn transit. if the bottle was handled better when she was packing it, it wouldn’t have leaked! I asked for a return label and a refund and she said that since the item did not leak too much, she wouldn’t give me a refund or a replacement. terrible customer service and terrible attitude. I have spent a lot of money on this channel. Now she went and blocked me because she knows she is in the wrong. I’d like to clarify what really happened. The fragrance arrived fully intact, with only minor cosmetic damage to the packaging. Despite this, you demanded an entirely new bottle at no cost. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident, as nearly every order you placed resulted in a cancellation or refund request. I have always tried to accommodate your concerns, but the repeated unreasonable demands made it difficult to maintain a positive buyer-seller relationship, which is why I ultimately blocked your account. I value my customers, but I also have the right to set reasonable boundaries.
