Seller wasn’t interested in helping me. She stated “File a claim with WhatNot and they can refund you. You can repurchase when in stock.” Received a full refund immediately. These cards were going to be sent to my friend who lost everything in a tornado. What bothers me the most is that the seller had no intention or interest whatsoever in helping her buyer. I 1 Million Percent DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER! I can’t even imagine what would happen if a plant was involved.I’m sorry the carrier marked your package delivered when you did not receive it. I responded promptly with instructions for filing a missing-package claim through Whatnot, and Whatnot immediately issued your full refund.
