Sorry the card arrived damaged. I never staple through any card or protector—every card leaves me cleanly sleeved and in a toploader with no holes. The staple almost certainly happened in transit after it left my hands. I also provide tracking whenever the carrier offers it; some methods simply don’t include it.
If you send photos of the card and packaging I’ll review them and work on a fair solution.
