After winning a gift card that didn’t ever come, I tried to contact the seller, a week later (five weeks total) I contacted whatnot because it was a $50 gift card that I was supposed to receive. Because it was a giveaway, whatnot credited me $10 to use on app (not really excited when waiting five weeks for a $50 amazon gift card that was likely not even sent because it remained waiting to scan at post office until the default 30 days is up then it changes to delivered). I had given the him a poor review, so he asked me to remove it (I did) then he told me he blocks people for bad reviews. He said IF I had contacted him, he would have issued me a code as a replacement but since I went to whatnot about it instead of him, then the transaction closed and there’s nothing he can do. I had already ordered something else in the meantime and won a $5 amazon gift card. Well he blocked me and cancelled my order, but I received a five dollar amazon gift card and the small item he cancelled on me. Thank you so much for my purchase and my free givvy.
