Love all the holiday wear! Good quality, reasonably priced, fast shipping. great deals, everything looks amazing! I’ve purchased quite a few items from this seller, including several items in this bundle, and overall they have nice merchandise at good prices. Unfortunately, one NWT outfit arrived with undisclosed discoloration/staining in several areas. When I requested a return, the seller denied it and responded that it looked like it would come out in the wash. Since the item was new with tags, I did not feel I should have to wash or treat it to receive it in the condition described. I escalated the request to Whatnot, and Whatnot approved my refund. I was disappointed with how the issue was handled, especially as a repeat customer. Lots of great stuff, kind of disappointed I received a wrong item but the customer service was quick to answer and help. My bf favorite pants now! They are so soft /users%2F8625501%2Fstore%2F8c8bc456-36b4-4a8b-9909-4ee1c08ab355.jpeg)
