They seemed to be packed well but all were broken upon delivery. I am sorry that the items arrived broken from shipping. Whatnot carries insurance on shipping for items that are damaged in transit. I haven’t had any problems with buyers receiving a full refund from whatnot when they file a claim. I work very hard to pack items carefully for the voyage as these items are delicate. Please contact whatnot about filing a claim for the broken pots. Thought I was bigger, but still superrrr cuteeeee Very good condition! Received everything I ordered.
