According to USPS tracking, and WhatNot, your package was delivered to your mailbox on Oct 13. Please check with your local post office, or check your shipping address listed on WhatNot. Please remember that rating the seller a 1 for something that is way beyond the seller’s control is unfair to the seller and their reputation.
