Seller repeatedly mentioned the value of the cards that he was running but failed to disclose the condition of the cards as he ran the auctions. I ordered a total of 16 cards for them and 8 came in with conditions varying from LP to damaged. I also purchased a Dratini promo that was supposed to come with more items, he said in the video that these would be sent with the promo, but they were not sent. When I tried to ask for a refund, he responded with “listing said mixed conditions”. What the listing says is not relevant. If you’re going to start discussing the value of the cards you’re running, condition also needs to be disclosed. These have all been escalated to whatnot support. Sorry for your dissatisfaction in the cards but im nothing but transparent in all my auctions. the listing is in the auction and if u needed more transparency all you had to do was ask. again apologize for any dissatisfaction in your purchases but thats not how we operate . look forward to try and regain confidence on future orders.
