I got the supplement & Axe & Sledge farm whey protein for my husband. He really loves the protein powder. He has tried quite a few different brands, but said this one by far is the best. it's very high quality. He mixes a scoop of this chocolate protein with almond or low fat regular milk, simply stirs it with a spoon & says it tastes like chocolate milkshake. He says it fills him up, & he's 5"8', 180 LBs, in his mid 50s, goes to the gym 5 days a week, so hearing it from him was a pleasant surprise.
