Hi Judy. I'm sorry you are unhappy with the charges. We agreed on $10 and then the shipping is out of my hands- I just add the weight. It shows the price before you bid..
Please contact whatnot if you are upset about their shipping charges. Maybe they can figure out the issue if you were charged more for something I don't see on my end. I wish I could help more.

Omg this bag is beautiful! Thank you! ❤️ If you're looking for a seller who is easy to watch laid back, knows her brands and trendy styles ... SHOPSOLATTA is it. She's not on live very often, so I bookmark EVERYTHING to make sure I catch all of her shows... you'll want to too!!!? ❣️ Had a small stain on front leg :( As in my show notes, please contact and communicate if there are any Issues😄. I am new to selling but a long time shopper on WhatNot. The BEST of the Best sellers still make mistakes. After verifying a mistake on my end I have 3,000 + items to replace it with something else, add credit or WhatNot can refund. I am thankful for your purchase!🌸 Please always communicate with the seller if there are issues. Thank! Excellent items at great prices. Thank you so much!!! /users%2F2450331%2Fstore%2F4ae429b9-b0bb-40fd-8482-5a5c1f37b6fd.jpeg)
