Unfortunately I had to pay 82cent to the postal lady when she delivered envelope to my door. Never had this ever happen to me were I had to scramble around for coins to pay for a mail that was delivered to me. WOW!Hey man, so sorry to hear about this inconvenience. This sounds like a manner you might want to contact your hoa or whoever is in charge of your mailing in your subdivision. With every purchase of card, shipping cost is included so there’d be no way on our end it costs you extra per delivery.
