Then blocked me after I tried to work things out with her, I told her I would return the bag so she can see?? No creed! No made in? She swooped through showing her and completely failed to recognize a Coach, everything is plastic and it is shameful to be a seller and either knew or didn’t know it was fake, I watched the replay video and recognizing her behavior of being a lil off!!! The bag is completely fake!!
I have our messages showing that I had no reason to believe the bag was fake. I purchased it from a reputable seller and believed it was authentic.
When you told me it wasn’t authentic, I asked you if you could send me pictures to provide but none was provided. I also asked you to open a support ticket so I could issue a refund if appropriate. Instead, you sent a photo of a piece of paper and claimed I had sent the wrong item, and then you became rude .
I take photos of every item before and post, that way you can review before I run. Also the made in sticker fell out and it was mentioned
