This time I had a big bag of Skittles Flips again, which are absolutely my favourite fruity freeze dried sweets. All the Skittles are amazing because the flavours absolutely pop due to this process, expand in size, and go from chewy to really crunchy - everything transformed! So with the flips, you get the mix of two flavours at once 🫨🫨🫨😋🤤🤤🤤 OMG!!!
AND UNLIKE THE PACKETS YOU'LL FIND IN SUPERMARKETS, THESE ARE FREEZE DRIED FOR HOWEVER LONG THEY NEED TO BE UNTIL PERFECT (so if you think you've tried freeze dried sweets this way, then you haven't until you've had the Sweetguys version)!
Then the Kashmiri Pink Chai version is very creamy and for me the fennel seems to shine, bringing out a nice liquorice / aniseed type flavour to it? Love it anyway!
