Everything was packaged really well for the sake of the leaves and plants. Glad they had a heating pad option in the store. I may not have needed it but wanted to be safe. One of my plants seems to be struggling but can't put that on them by any means. I wished shipping would have been quicker because I was so eager. But overall, very happy with my purchases and enjoyed the live! Great pricing IMO. Perfectly packaged. Arrived in great condition!! Took a little longer to ship than I expected but it worked out.
