Ordered 5 items, one came faded with quite a few stains on front. Seller said I could choose another item but had nothing I liked. When I asked for return she saud she didnt know how do do that. I was a little disenchanted with that, so I took care of it myself via WhatNot and they helped me immediately. ALL OTHER ITEMS WERE PERFECT, however, if you're a seller and you dint know how to initiate a return process....you find out and don't leave it to ypur customer. Just a tip for the future since I noticed Im not the first buyers this has happened to with this seller.thethriftyspeechieVendeur
