Was supposed to receive several waterproof hello kitty bags and NONE of them arrived in my package. All missing TWO giveaway items. Seems like such a scam I was missing the spoon that I thought went with my cup/mug I claimed. Other than that, everything else was perfect. Hat was mentioned to fit bigger kids but it’s way to small for my 7 year old. It’s more for toddler. Thank you so so much! I even went back to watch the video and they did not send it. I contacted them to let them know, and they told me they would contact the warehouse and let them know and send a replacement, they proceeded to let me know that I either had to purchase something else from them to get my replacement, or I had to enter a “free” giveaway and hope I win so I can get a shipping label to have the item that was missing sent, as they claimed they had no extra labels. I understand things happens and sometimes items are missed, but if we pay for items we bid on, they should be sent with package, or seller should make it right. Disappointed with customer service.
