Very upsetting. I purchased an etb from them and in the video receipt it clearly shows non damaged mint items. Upon receiving it. The etb was sliced opened. I have submitted and messaged the seller multiple times with no response. Very upsetting. TERRIBLE TERRIBLD CUSTOMER SERVICE My etb I won was damaged and sliced opened. In the video receipt it clearly shows and was advertised in a mint condition. Messaged the seller and still hasn’t responded. Very disappointing. PROCEED WITH CAUTION WHEN BUYING FROM THIS SELLER.
