In fact, I was recording a video of myself opening the items. I tried to report this through the app, but it wouldn't let me and said I exceeded the time limit to file a complaint. This means I lost my money. I didn't write to them sooner because I have to wait for the package to arrive from the US to my country. Don't buy from this scammer!
