Everything showed up in great shape and exactly as expected. Really happy with the books and the overall experience. Thanks again! Great auction. Honest seller…very honest. Gained my trust for the first buy and delivered all the r way to me. The books I purchased came in great shape. It was packaged very well. Thanks! Very disappointing purchase and customer service experience. All 3 books arrived with the same visible spine/color rub. I reached out respectfully and provided photos and screenshots from the video receipt, but the seller became defensive instead of trying to resolve the issue and even suggested the damaged books could have come from somewhere else.
He also claimed all 3 books were clearly shown and inspected before sale, but the video receipt does not clearly show all 3 individually. The one book shown from the front appears to already have the same defect I received.
I tried to handle this directly before escalating, but the response was unprofessional and dismissive. I ultimately had to escalate the issue to Whatnot Support. I would not purchase from this seller if you expect good customer support and service. We take serious exception to the suggestion that our business knowingly sold or concealed damaged merchandise. All three books were clearly shown on-stream, including outside their bags, and were pristine when shipped. With 230+ positive reviews and ZERO prior damage claims, our record speaks volumes about this buyer. Love and respect the honesty of wincity_comics. Was upfront about the condition of this big book and was willing to cancel the order if I wasn't happy. Great seller. Thank you 🙏 Thank you, this was packaged so well! I love the logo sticker 😎 If I would give six stars I would. One of the best what not streamers to buy from. Always giving steals and deals. Books came in minty with the fast shipping. /users%2F52418979%2Fstore%2F19f89658-1727-4273-8086-14000bbd0d5d.jpeg)
