I ordered a beanie baby and a beanie buddy. both came pretty much in new condition. Although my buddy didn't have a tag, they never claimed it did and I didn't check. a little bit of a "stale" smell to them but nothing a little diluted lysol can't fix. and seeing as most of these plushies are retired i would expect them to smell a little old/ dusty. i would definitely recommend though.
