A copy that looked LP on screen showed up with a crease and multiple indentions on the front and back of the card. was to busy calling it a big card and pointing out the swirl I guess..Definitely always reach out if anything is not to your expectations all conditions are shown on camera and out of 2-300 cards a night some can go unnoticed and for that I always make it right I don’t leave 1 star reviews without reaching out first
