When a shipping issue developed, he handled it without any problems. Great seller great items.Brindy you were a blast during the show. thank you for being so patient with the weather delays. I look forward to your fun and positive energy during the next show! thank you! was not a purtian, was a iron mountain. was not packed right. very surprised that it wasn't damaged!!!!! cast iron can easily be damaged when not packed right for shipping. Just a few peice of newspaper. I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. I sent you plenty of pictures to confirm you wanted what I was selling. im still unsure how you found the brand but nonetheless. as far as packaging, given your unhappiness with the weather delays, I didnt want to create more impatience on your behalf waiting for delivery supplies. ive never seen broken cast iron so im unsure how I would have allowed that. maybe I should have re-reconfirmed you knew what you were buying. sorry. thanks for the review!
