レビュー (680)Perfect size heaters for my nano tanks! Going to test out the Betta Feast today. My fish love their new food!! Thank yall issues with packing and 3 doa, all else was good Beautiful fish, unfortunately one arrived doa. I hate leaving less than 5 Star reviews, I really enjoyed this sellers show and believe they have super quality fish. However buying an added “heat pack” and it being a small hot hands heater is definitely not what I expected. I ordered 2 days in a row from the seller and both packages contained 1 dead fish each. There were some fish that made it alive and are doing okay but their shipping team really should do better. I have no issues getting fish when there is normal sized heat packs in boxes. The shipping speed was ultra fast so there shouldent have been an issue. I have not received a message back from the seller for either incident. Super happy with all my betta’s they are all very healthy and look very good So awesome! My first time buying from you guys and I’m sooo happy with my bettas and their food! my fish are happy Thank You Bought fish on the 5th seller waited five days to ship and packed two fish in one bag I bought a heat pack as seller requested which at first when opening package I didnt see because it was under packing paper no even near the fish I contacted seller who shifted all blame on usps and im being told there is insurance on the\nPackage and usps owes me the refund not him after contacting usps they advised me that seller did not use priority mail he used a cheaper shipping method iand all live , animals should be sent priority mail and since package arrived usps would not pay out insurance ive contacted seller many times and he stopped replying ive ordered fish from other sellers and never had a problem but this seller seems to not care about his fish id give this purchase a 0 star if I could please never buy from this seller Other than slow to ship and then USPS delayed delivery, my fish seam to like it and water is still clear! got my fishy the neon yeller n the blk n mustard male Betta are soooo pretty n the female koi n blue /teal n blue with the fluttery whitish wings/fins are beautiful but she is mean to little fish like did a jaws on them n didn't eat them . but at nite she funny she sleeps sideways on a pennyworth leaf that more out of water then in n she like nothing the first time I saw it thought she was dead. I love her she stole my heart can't believe a fish can do that 😂 My fish arrived in good shape!! Thank you! Stunning females! So colorful and so healthy! Thank you! Terrible packaging, complete disregard for live fish! This seller seems quick to blame USPS/ Whatnot for the horrible condition in which the fish arrive. USPS/WN don't package the fish- the seller does! Unnecessarily large box with insufficient packaging, little water/air in the bags, leaving the fish bouncing around during shipment. Worse yet I paid extra for a cold pack and received a short-term ice pack that hadn't even been activated! Shipping live animals requires care, preparation and basic common sense - none of which were evident in my experience. Rather than accepting responsibility for inadequate packaging this seller apparently finds it easier to blame USPS/WN. My mistake was not reading the seller's reviews before purchasing. That won't happen again! There are plenty of reputable sellers who actually care about the well-being of their fish and take pride in shipping them properly. I strongly discourage purchasing from this seller. Your money and the fish deserve better! Had one fish DOA but all others are looking good. Dynamite seller! Dead fish to top off I had to chase around mail guy and pay additional $8 for shipping at delivery since he used wrong box and didn’t pay difference. We are terribly sorry we’re finding out that the two day shipping is not going to be possible for tropical fish Betta Fish I think we’ll stick to. We gave it a second try but Whatnot needs to change their shipment rates for a one-day shipping when we shipped through our website we do not have these problems. To start my fish were packed poorly and shipping was $26 it took me days to get in touch with somebody after contacting whatnot support the seller got back to me and I was given a refund for the shipping and my lost fish which is my reason for 4 stars. I appreciate they fixed it but I wish it would’ve been in a more timely manner and through our communication rather than having to go to support. Thank you so much we appreciate you.
