Definitely will shop again! the reason for my low score is for the response the seller gave me on my concern on a item I purchased. I work retail so I help my customers make things right on thier concern apparently mine weren't valid enough for her to care.As I said on your previous review, you were offered a discount and a return and given an apology. you responded back to the message that you were taking back The request for a return because you didn't want to have to give the item back in exchange for getting money back. the mark you're describing was not there.And is not in the video receipt. had an issue with with a beautiful purse explaining why it wasn't disclosed didn't appreciate responds from seller contacted support but my disappointment is her response. I replied back within minutes. acknowledged that I didnt see the spot you were talking about after rewatching the video recipt. I appologized and offered you a discount on another item and gave you a full refund for the purse. im sorry it took so long to rate but I truly love it! your so talented 💕 God bless My beanie is to die for!
