レビュー (1,477)I’m wanted to still giving 4 stars cause no blame to anyone running stream or the product but I received 3 packages today and unfortunately even with the ice packs everything was a melted mess! Have to find a better way to ship chocolate in the summertime. It can’t be in a regular box and think it’s going to not melt the chocolate and ice packs in no time. Other than that great and fast shipping Packaged well, 2 small ice packs that maybe helped at first lol. But only a few came a little melted. I made this purchase and found out that all the candy in the box was over five years old and I’m trying to get in contact with the person who I bought it from and asked for a refund

I’d appreciate it if you could make things right and send me another candy that’s not melted and that I can actually eat - thanks! got my candy bar. Good morning, I bought 4 box total $130.84 spent, this candy was suppose to go to fundraising we're doing for Choc children hospital for the walk coming up August 2nd.
The chocolate was packed in a regular boxes with one tiny ice pack (see pic) that probably melted 5 or 10 minutes after it's there and he didn't specify to the USPS that it's food the mail man put them at my front door were the sun hit like crazy in the afternoon, though I do think that they were probably melted even before they arrived to my door, most of the candy melted, the worse was the 2 upper boxes since USPS put them one on top of the other not knowing it's food. This is unheard of, I have never ordered chocolate and got it in regular cardboard box maybe in winter, l am so disappointed it's all went to the garbage.

The shipping was super fast and the seller packed ice packs in the boxs to make sure the chocolate didn’t melt! That was very thoughtful and I will be buying from this seller again! Thank you for the givvy!! First of all me and my nephew were so excited to get the box of chocolate and other assorted candy. USPS tried to ruin the experience by holding my box at the distribution center for several days. But I now have the box and put everything in the fridge. The ice packs really helped without them it would have been a melted mess. I will definitely order from Best Value Snacks again. Thank you ice packs! nice touch appreciate you. This box of chocolate was the best. Everything fresh and even with a freeze pack to keep it from melting. Will be back soon Wasn't as melted as I thought it would be. Earliest best by date was September which is awesome. Not happy that they couldn't bundle two boxes. 18 bucks for shipping is ridiculous. Boxes were pretty banged up but that's on usps.
