レビュー (125)I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY ITEMS! I wasn’t going to submit a review, but after a very unpleasant experience with this seller, I felt I should say something. One of my items was missing so I messaged her. Several days went by and she didn’t respond, so during one of her shows, I asked if she had seen my message and she said no. I explained about the missing item and a couple of days later she responded to my message that she would send me a replacement and give me tracking info. She never did that and after a week I messaged her again and got no response. I waited until her next show (she does them very infrequently) and asked her to please read my message as I still haven’t received the item or tracking. I was polite and thanked her and even told her that I enjoyed her shows and products. Unfortunately, instead of trying to correct her mistake after I waited patiently for two weeks, she blocked me! I am so disappointed at the unprofessional way she handled her error. Please be aware that this may happen to you. 😞 I can’t give this seller a 0… expired products, even when asked on live if they were expired she pretended to look and say no no I don’t sell that, I have my own business etc. no one is buying cuz their all expired!!! Blocking and won’t ever purchase again. I’m requesting FULL REFUND! such a liar Everything came packaged securely and as described. Thanks! Fast shipping and love the eyeliner! This seller do not pay attention to her chat. Neither do she pay attention to her orders. I informed her during her live show that she got my order wrong. She had put part of my order in another buyers package and she completely ignored me. I got my package today and of course I'm missing one of my packages. Plus the items that she sent are extremely expired by six years. I will never be buying from this seller again.
