Whatnot would not respect the buyer guarantee after this breaker (1) could not provide me with video proof of three different breaks and (2) barely communicated and took multiple requests just to get an answer - last question received no answer. Highly disappointed that Whatnot will not take action against this breaker and did not protect the buyer. Prices were actually fair but will never do business with a breaker who refuses to openly and honestly communicate. I purchased five breaks but only have proof of what I won on two of the five - unacceptable! expect to wait weeks for purchase with poor communication Not the full break. Was never contacted after multiple attempts I made to message them. SLOW! More than 2 WEEK late! Can’t even bother to sleeve ONE of the cards you send yet you send them in a TEAM BAG in flimsy bubble mailer. First and last time! Do better you run a business! Horrible! Horrible customer service never answers messages and took 2 weeks to ship the order. Would not shop with them again.
