Love the show, amazing sellers & fast shipping! Xo Seller needs to learn customer service. I attempted to reach out to seller regarding the Sol De Janiero that I received. The item was open with the seal ripped open. Seller attempted to justify this by saying they can rub during shipment causing the seal to open. The bubble wrap was all torn up and looked unprofessional. Seller decided to attack me by saying she noticed in my bio I put cute packaging and they dont do that. I don’t expect cute packaging, this is solely what I decide to do as a small seller. However, I have purchased from many large sellers and never have received an item in this condition. I also told her she did no use the proper HAZMAT label, and she said she has sent over 50 thousand flammable Sol de Janiero perfumes without ever using the HAZMAT label. BIG YIKES. As a seller all you had to do was be courteous and accept my refund request as item did in fact arrive not as described. Instead you chose to gas light me and give me a hard time. I’m sure you will deny. So sorry for the poor experience that you encountered sweetie, so what I said was I buy pallets of Sol de Janeiro and sometimes they hit each other during transit and the seal pops open this does not mean that they are used or tampered with also this is why they are sold at such a significant discounted price if you would like a perfect one please feel free to shop at Sephora for retail but when you get a full-size sol for $10 I think it is a great deal. I also refunded your order so I’m not sure why we are going through this review. Wish you well 🫶🏻🫶🏻 Amazing products and great deals! My package got to me fast and secure.
