Great deal Glad to have another wookie in my collection Great fig. OMG. Shipping was super fast. USPS got it right for a change. Thanks Sal great additions to my army, superb minifigures, no damage and arrived exactly as hoped, 10/10 would buy from seller again! absolutely amazing set, came exactly as hoped, 10/10 would buy from again! Unfortunately, this isn’t a buying experience I’d choose to repeat. One completed auction win was cancelled afterward, with the explanation that the figures “sold low” because stream lag prevented other buyers from bidding. My other purchases were ultimately shipped and delivered, but the experience became far more complicated than it should have been.
Reviewing the video receipts also reinforced my personal impression that some interactions with buyers in chat came across as dismissive and condescending. Whatnot Support ultimately reviewed the circumstances surrounding the cancellation and helped resolve my concerns.
I appreciate that the remaining items arrived, but taken as a whole, the cancellation, shipping delay, and tone of the show left me without confidence in purchasing from this seller again. I’m simply sharing my experience so other buyers can make their own decision. He’s upset I asked him to cancel one figure that sold for $1 due to lag that prevented others from bidding. I let all sales that sold $2+ to stand despite the fact they sold low. Has nothing to do with price, the auction environment was unfair. Cool tile! Thank you so much! Another Great couple of items.
