I will say my wheat penny roll did have a ton of the same dates. the only data under 1940 was 1936 but I got like 5 or 6 of that date. a Tim of 40, 41, 44, and 50's. Stone of the coins appeared to be cleaned. This could be either from the seller or someone else if they were directly for the back. I would buy again though.
