Her giving measurements is amazing when it comes to buying jeans, not all sellers take the time to do that. The price point is amazing for the name brand items in her inventory. That’s another thing- she has a huge size selection in a wide array of brands! Carole truly cares about finding what will work for her buyers, & that’s what keeps her regulars coming back!! It’s refreshing that a seller like Carole has great quality items at more than fair prices on this app! I received pants completely ripped out in the crotch with patches on the inside, none of the damage was disclosed at time of purchase.
I tried to go to the seller directly for a resolution before going to whatnot. I was promised a refund, which was never issued. I’m now outside the window to request a refund from whatnot. Absolutely ridiculous and would not recommend buying here. Iwant to address your concerns regarding the jeans you received. I truly apologize for the disappointment this has caused you.
